Refund Policy
Last updated October 30, 2026.
- Automatic refunds. If you bought a game (Wildbound or The Prince) within the last 14 days and have played that game for under 2 hours in total, you can refund it yourself from Orders and refunds. The money goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
- Gifts and multi-packs. Refundable the same way while none of their codes has been redeemed.
- Memberships and the DFD Supporter subscription. Cancel any time in Membership or on the DFD Supporter page; you won't be charged again and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend, contact support within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it if you haven't used the membership since. Membership payments are refunded through support, not the automatic button.
- Everything else. Contact support. We look at every request, including technical problems we can't fix.
- What happens after a refund. The refunded copy stops receiving updates and downloads, its licences go on the revocation list, and unused gift codes from the order are cancelled.
- Abuse. Repeated refund requests or chargebacks after refunds can lead to refusal or account closure.
- Your legal rights. This policy adds to, and doesn't limit, your statutory rights. EU and UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, which ends once you start downloading or playing with your consent; our automatic refund window keeps a similar option open after you start playing.
